ORDERING INFORMATION
PAYMENT: We accept personal check, money order, DISCOVER/NOVUS,
VISA, American Express, and MasterCard.
When paying by check, please note that there is a TWO WEEK WAITING PERIOD ON ALL CHECKS.
If you need your order immediately, enclose a money order or credit card number.
When ordering by credit card, please give complete card number and expiration date.
Please include your telephone number with all orders.
SHIPPING & HANDLING: To cover shipping and handling, add $6.00 for the first video plus $.50 for each additional video. All orders are shipped US Mail. Please allow a minimum of 7 days for delivery of domestic orders and 2 weeks for foreign orders.
FOREIGN ORDERS: All foreign orders should include payment
in U.S. dollars, credit card, international money order (in U.S. dollars), or check drawn
on an U.S. bank.
Canadian customers, include a shipping charge of $9.00 for the first video plus $2.00 for
each additional video.
Foreign customers, include $13.00 for the first video, and $4.00 for each additional video
for airmail shipping.
All foreign customers: Please note that all videos are
in the North American format (VHS-NTSC). This format
is NOT compatible with European VCRs which are designed to play
the VHS-PAL format.
RETURNS: Returns will be accepted on videos that are defective
or damaged if they are returned within 30 days.
Defective or damaged videos may be exchanged for a new cassette of the same title only.
We cannot guarantee that you will like the film that you order, so
please make sure that when you order it, you really want it!
