Description: Rookie news reporter Dustin Hotchkiss (Regis Toomey) stumbles onto a murder cover-up on the eve of the big election. Fingering the wrong man and almost derailing the case completely. Hotchkiss teams up with Constance Hall (Sue Carol) in order to redeem himself for his false accusations and catch the real men responsible. Little by little the clues fall into place as the bad guys get closer and closer. With Boris Karloff in villainous role that would lead him to his star making performance as the Frankenstein monster.
